Auto Savvy is seeking an Automotive Service Team Lead to guide day-to-day service department operations while delivering excellent customer experiences. This working team lead role requires leadership, strong service knowledge, and the ability to coach and develop staff.
The position emphasizes ownership of process, timely repairs, and escalation handling in a fast-paced shop environment. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, starting at $22+ per hour depending on experience.
