As Marketing Manager, you'll own and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive traffic, generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and increase vehicle sales.

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Build integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, traditional media, radio, television, events, and paid advertising
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve customer acquisition
• Partner with executive leadership to develop promotional strategies and branding initiatives

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on marketing investment
• Coordinate pricing promotions, dealership events, and seasonal campaigns
• Oversee media buying and agency/vendor relationships

• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Develop compelling marketing content including:
• Social media campaigns
• Video content
• Vehicle promotions
• Digital advertisements
• Print collateral
• Email campaigns
• Presentations
• Sales materials
• Monitor and strengthen Auto Savvy's online reputation through review management and customer engagement

• Measure campaign effectiveness using marketing analytics and sales performance data
• Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, conversion rates, SEO, paid advertising performance, and market trends
• Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable recommendations
• Use data to continually improve campaign performance and marketing ROI

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Inventory, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership
• Ensure marketing initiatives accurately reflect current inventory, pricing, promotions, and dealership objectives
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities and deadlines

• Represent Auto Savvy at community events, sponsor ships, trade shows, recruiting events, and promotional activities
• Identify partnership opportunities that expand brand awareness and customer engagemen

We're seeking someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and can confidently manage both strategy and execution.

• Proven experience developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and customer acquisition
• Experience managing advertising budgets and measuring ROIn>
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to work cross-functionally
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to execution

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Canva
• Video production and editing
• SEO and SEM
• Social media advertising
• Email marketing platforms
• Marketing dashboards and reporting tools
• Automotive marketing experience is a plus but not required.
