Universal Health Services in Woods Cross, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our specialized psychiatric nursing team. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week with a schedule of a 16-hour shift (6am–10pm) and an 8-hour shift (6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm), plus applicable differential for nights and weekends.
You will perform assessments, administer medications, and provide patient education while maintaining high standards of care within a small, experienced nursing staff.
