Overview
M.Y. Enterprises is hiring for Laborer and Concrete Finisher roles with a focus on teamwork and contributing to project goals. Below are the responsibilities and expectations for each position.
Laborer – Responsibilities- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- General labor tasks: form packing, cleaning, loading and unloading, and general cleanup.
- Gravel and road base shoveling; concrete shoveling and raking.
- Tool washing and proper tool replacement in the trucks.
- Learning to finish concrete as a necessary skill for advancement.
- Finish concrete to the company’s standards and specifications.
- A finisher is defined as someone who can finish at least 10 yards of unlined concrete by hand (e.g., a floor).
- Tools can be provided and must be cared for; finishing follows M.Y. Enterprises specifications.
- Room for advancement for motivated individuals.
$24/hr. plus, depending on previous experience and skills, as dictated by management.
