Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dependable Residential HVAC Equipment Installer to join our team. This position is strictly focused on new equipment installations—there are no service calls or maintenance duties involved. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and installing residential furnaces, central air conditioning systems, and related ventilation components. We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of HVAC experience, or someone with a solid background in construction/carpentry whom we can fully train on the trade.
Day-to-DayResponsibilities
- Install residential heating and cooling systems (furnaces, AC units) according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Safely remove old residential equipment and prepare the install site cleanly.
- Connect units to ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas lines, and low-voltage wiring.
- Test newly installed systems to ensure proper, leak‑free operation before leaving the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized installation truck with all necessary tools and materials.
- Provide clean, professional customer service while working inside clients' homes.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company installation standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on HVAC installation experience or a solid background in construction/carpentry with a strong desire to learn the trade.
- Age: Must be 21 years of age or older (required for company vehicle insurance).
- Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Background & Screening: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
- Appearance Standards: Must maintain a clean appearance in alignment with company policy (no visible tattoos while in uniform).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in tight residential spaces (crawlspaces, attics), and handle physical labor daily.
