It supports industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients by safely taking apart structures, decommissioning facilities, and preparing sites for redevelopment or new construction. - 3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment and diesel engines
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with construction, demolition, or similar heavy industry equipment preferred
- Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic codes
- Familiarity with electrical systems and diagnostics is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, and support machinery
- Perform maintenance and repair on diesel engines, including fuel systems, cooling systems, and electrical components
- Inspect, repair, and rebuild hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, hoses, and valves
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Respond to field service calls and perform on‑site repairs at active job sites
- Maintain accurate service records, inspections, and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with operators and project teams to quickly resolve mechanical issues
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards
