Experienced Auto Glass Installer; Mobile Technician

Windshield Doctor is a locally owned mobile auto glass company proudly serving Utah since 1979. We specialize in windshield replacement and rock chip repair for retail customers, dealerships, commercial fleets, and insurance claims. Our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, honest service, and taking care of our customers.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, is dependable, and treats customers the right way. If you're an experienced installer who's tired of being just another number and wants to be part of a growing, locally owned company, we'd love to talk.

• Perform windshield replacements and rock chip repairs (not required but nice to have) on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Safely remove and install automotive glass using proper procedures and quality materials.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service at homes, businesses, and dealerships.
• Inspect each installation to ensure it meets our quality standards before leaving the job.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and properly care for company tools and equipment.
• Communicate with the office regarding schedules, parts, and any job-related concerns.
• Represent Windshield Doctor with professionalism and integrity at every job.
• ADAS calibration experience would be great.

• Previous experience installing automotive glass is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently while managing your daily schedule.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
