• Team-Driving Position – All routes are run with a co-driver to maximize mileage and support.
• SAP-Friendly – We believe in second chances and proudly support Fair Chance hiring.
• Modern Fleet – One 2024 International, one Peterbilt, two Western Stars, and six 2026 International tractors, available now!
• Guaranteed Pay – Earn a guaranteed $0.60 per mile

• Base pay is paid every other Friday and bonus pay is also every other Friday, but opposite Fridays.
• Trainer Bonus – Trainers earn an additional $0.10 per mile when running with trainees.

• Operate as part of a team driving pair
  , covering long-haul OTR routes
• Safely transport freight to designated locations with a focus on timely delivery
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps while following all traffic laws
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, updates, or delays
• Occasionally handle refrigerated trailers for temperature-sensitive loads

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean and acceptable MVR record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• 1 year of experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Delivering freight across the country’s road networks
• Performing pre and post trip inspections to ensure good running order for all equipment
• Making on time deliveries and pickups
• Clear and concise communication with dispatch team on pick up and delivery ETA’s
• Paperwork organized and submitted on time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL license
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Acceptable MVR record
• SAP Friendly
• 1 year of experience required
