You will also support the accounting team with additional duties as needed and contribute to the company’s construction operations.

• Based in Woodstock, GA
• Review and process vendor invoices and credit card charges accurately and on time
• Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies before processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Communicate with vendors to resolve outstanding balances and billing issues
• Respond to vendor inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Set up and maintain vendor accounts and records
  
  Handle rent collection communication for company-owned properties
• Support the accounting team with additional duties as needed

• 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Hands‑on Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Clear communication skills with vendors and internal teams
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with Sage 100 Contractor preferred but not required

• Salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 annually
• Full‑time, on‑site schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Stable position within a growing construction‑focused company
