The successful candidate will:

• Promote 21st century educational excellence through the vigorous support of the mission and goals of The Woodstock Academy; and
• Facilitate individual, departmental and school excellence through the support of high-quality personnel, reinforcement of best instructional practices, encouragement of a culture of collaboration and a focus on learning.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, BOC certification, and CT licensed OR eligible;
• Master's Degree preferred;
• 3-5 years’ experience in secondary schools preferred;
• Maintain current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS;
• Experience actively coordinating care between interdisciplinary healthcare providers;
• Experience with Impact/Sway testing, sideline concussion testing, concussion management and education;
• Experience using Sports Ware or other injury tracking software;
• Practice parameters set forth by The National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and will follow both the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the NATA;
• Demonstrated excellence in human relations and organization skills;
• Strong work ethic and a flexible schedule;
• Positive attitude, integrity, and collaboration skills; and
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
