Job DescriptionCoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Production Line Leader for our client in Woodstock, CT! If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Lead and support production team members to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards are met.
- Execute daily production schedules and priorities provided by management.
- Communicate important updates, direction, and feedback to team members.
- Train employees on production processes and work standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and elevate production concerns when needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiencies.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Assist with daily startup activities and support overtime needs as required.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
- Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a changing production environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and productivity.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, but not required.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
