Accountant, Financial Reporting

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Accountant to support our finance team by managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial health.

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reports, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and assisting with audits while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

This position requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Develop best in class written governance measures and coach up the team
• Assist with treasury management (cash balances, bank reconciliations, etc.)
• Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with management to support business decisions through financial analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (Fufil.io, , etc.) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing company environment
• Strong communication skills with both vendors and internal teams
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
