NEW OPPORTUNITY | Controller | North Atlanta Metro | Hybrid

We're partnering on a confidential Controller search with a global, multi-entity manufacturing/distribution organization seeking a hands‑on accounting leader to oversee North America.

This role is ideal for someone who can bring both large-company rigor and a builder mindset in a leaner, evolving environment.

• Financial close, reporting, and audit support
• Cost accounting and inventory oversight
• AP/AR process improvement and automation
• Internal controls, compliance, and policy development
• ERP/reporting systems enhancement
• Leadership of a small multi-location accounting team

• Active CPA (HIGHLY preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 5+ years of Accounting Leadership experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Strong cost accounting and close/reporting expertise
• Background spanning both plant/operational and corporate accounting
• Experience improving processes, controls, and systems in a multi‑entity environment
