The Realtor Referral & Networking Partner is a strategic relationship-based business development partner responsible for generating qualified remodeling opportunities for Design & Remodel Brothers (DnR Brothers) within the North Atlanta metro area.
This role is designed for real estate professionals who want to expand income opportunities while strengthening their client value proposition. The partner will leverage their sphere of influence, market presence, and professional relationships to introduce homeowners who would benefit from structured design-build remodeling services.
This is a performance-based partnership with no daily office requirement. Success is driven by proactive networking, strategic introductions, and professional follow-through.

Design & Remodel Brothers is a rapidly growing design-build remodeling firm serving the North Atlanta metro area. We specialize in high-quality kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, additions, and full-home transformations.

Job Duties Strategic Referral Development- Identify buyers planning renovations post-closing
- Identify sellers who would benefit from pre-listing updates
- Evaluate client situations to determine remodeling alignment
- Facilitate professional introductions to DnR Brothers Design Consultants
- Position remodeling as a value-add strategy within real estate transactions
- Maintain consistent engagement within Realtor networks
- Attend open houses, broker events, networking groups, and industry functions
- Build and manage referral relationships with mortgage lenders, designers, and complementary service providers
- Actively position Design & Remodel Brothers as the preferred remodeling partner within your professional sphere
- Ensure referrals are properly qualified prior to introduction
- Maintain professional communication between referred clients and the DnR Brothers team
- Protect brand standards and client experience at all times
- Operate with integrity, discretion, and professional accountability
- Attend approved networking events as a company representative
- Develop Realtor and industry partner relationships
- Identify potential lead opportunities within community events
- Actively contribute to company growth initiatives
- Revenue generated from referred and closed projects
This is a results-oriented environment. Growth opportunities are earned through performance, accountability, and initiative.
Compensation Structure- 8% commission on total collected revenue from projects you personally refer that close and are paid
- No cap on earnings
- Commission paid upon receipt of client payments
This performance-based model rewards proactive professionals who actively cultivate opportunities.
Physical Requirements- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods (4–6 hours daily).
- Ability to lift and carry marketing materials, sample kits, or display boards up to 30 pounds.
Frequent local travel throughout the North Atlanta area; valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance required (mileage reimbursed).
