Overview
Hoods Unlimited is seeking a motivated and organized Operations Schedule & Customer Experience Coordinator to support our Field Operations team and help ensure a smooth, professional experience for our customers.
This role plays an important part in keeping our daily operations running efficiently. The coordinator will assist with technician scheduling, customer communication, key account coordination, and operational support for our Field Operations department.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who wants to gain experience in operations, customer service, and business management within a growing service company.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Support
- Answer inbound customer calls related to scheduling and general service inquiries
- Provide professional and friendly customer support
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring positive service outcomes
- Log and track customer complaints or service issues
- Follow up with customers to help ensure concerns are addressed and resolved
- Assist with collecting customer feedback and surveys
Scheduling & Route Coordination
- Confirm assigned technician routes with customers each week
- Ensure daytime service appointments are confirmed prior to service dates
- Identify unconfirmed appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed
- Replace canceled or removed jobs with available work
- Assist in maintaining efficient technician schedules
- Coordinate schedule adjustments with customers and internal teams
Key Account Coordination
- Assist with scheduling services for national and regional accounts such as Five Guys, Chipotle, and other multi-location clients
- Monitor work orders and help ensure services are completed before due dates
- Coordinate scheduling needs with internal teams to maintain account requirements
Field Operations Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Field Operations department
- Assist the Director of Field Operations with scheduling logistics and coordination
- Assist with data collection and report generation when requested
- Maintain accurate scheduling and customer records within company systems
Customer Experience Initiatives
- Assist with distribution and tracking of company promotional cards
- Help maintain customer complaint and service recovery logs
- Assist with collecting and organizing customer feedback
- Support initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction
Operations Support
- Assist with occasional coordination tasks for field technicians
- Support internal team initiatives and operational projects
- Help coordinate technician support needs when requested by leadership
Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and spreadsheets
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Experience working in service-based or operations environments
- In-office position located in Woodstock, Georgia
- Collaborative operations environment with frequent interaction with customers and field technicians
- Fast-paced service industry setting
- $17–$20 per hour
- Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 9 AM – 5 PM, Friday 9 AM – 4 PM - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) plan
