About the Opportunity
Miller Landscape is seeking a motivated and creative Landscape Architecture Intern to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Landscape Architecture student or recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in residential and commercial landscape design while learning the business and sales side of the industry.
As an intern, you will work directly with our Landscape Designer Sales Representatives and Project Managers to assist in transforming outdoor spaces into functional, beautiful environments. You will gain exposure to client consultations, design development, estimating, permitting processes, and project coordination.

What You’ll Learn & Support- Assist in developing landscape designs using AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Photoshop
- Help prepare conceptual renderings and scaled drawings
- Support creation of preliminary cost estimates
- Attend design consultations and site visits as assigned
- Assist with permitting research and HOA submittals
- Observe and support project handoff meetings with Project Managers
- Maintain organized design files and documentation
- Participate in installation site visits to understand real‑world application of designs
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up (Adobe Photoshop preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline‑driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with Quick Books, Docusign, or Lumion is a plus but not required.
