Woodstock is voted one of the best cities to live in Georgia. This is a busy private practice primary care office that takes walk‑ins and is open on Saturday.
Compensation: $220‑$250K base with uncapped monthly bonus; $30K retention bonus. Relocation assistance available if applicable.
Malpractice coverage, 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME with $3,000 stipend, 6 paid holidays on top of PTO. Expansive benefit package with health, vision, dental and pet insurance. Matching 401K and NQDP, paid LTD and STD, paid life insurance.
Clinic HoursMonday – Friday 7:30 – 5:00 with administrative time. After‑hours call service 18 – 22 patients per day (pending complexity). Laboratory services on‑site. State‑of‑the‑art technology with integrated EMR and electronic prescribing. No admitting, no nights.
Responsibilities- PCPs are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long‑term personal relationships with patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.
- No Obstetrics.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
- Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia Medical License required.
- Valid DEA required.
- Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency.
- Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
