Director of Finance

The Finance Director will be a strategic and visionary leader responsible for managing the financial operations of the country operating unit subsidiary. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's financial and operational strategies.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while managing a team of four.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and regulatory compliance, including local and international financial reporting requirements.
  • Lead financial analysis and modeling to support business decision‑making and provide insightful recommendations to senior management on the performance of the business and recommendations for maximizing shareholder return and EBITA.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives across customers and brands.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and working capital and ensure adequate funding is available to support business operations (receivables and payables).
  • Provide financial leadership and support to business unit leaders and their teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations and recommend changes to financial policies and procedures as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior finance role
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
