• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Ability to pass a background check with flying colors

• Implement creative and engaging behavior intervention plans crafted by the BCBA
• Capture detailed data on client progress with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Deliver impactful one‑on‑one behavior therapy services with passion and dedication
• Collaborate closely with the BCBA and team members to drive successful treatment outcomes
