Company OverviewTEI Hospitality is hiring to join our team! Sunset Grille is a relaxed lakeside restaurant at Victoria Harbor on Lake Allatoona in Woodstock, GA. With great food, cold drinks, and beautiful waterfront views, it’s a welcoming spot for locals and visitors to enjoy fresh favorites, warm hospitality, and memorable sunsets.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and the waitlist during high‑volume periods.
- Coordinate seating and maintain smooth table turnover.
- Introduce guests to their server for a seamless transition.
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for the next guest.
- Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return.
- Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies and hospitality standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (Open Table experience is a plus).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tasks.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
