If you're an experienced carpenter or woodworker who takes pride in craftsmanship and would rather produce high-quality custom work than simply push production out the door, Little River Cabinet Shop would like to meet you.
We're looking for an experienced Bench Carpenter to join our production team in Woodstock. This is a skilled position for someone who already knows their way around a woodshop, understands what quality work looks like, and can contribute across multiple stages of cabinet production.
You'll work alongside an experienced team producing high-end cabinetry in an environment where quality, accountability, attention to detail, and pride in the finished product matter.

Depending on your experience and strengths, responsibilities may include:
- Building and assembling cabinet components
- Preparing and working with face frames and cabinet parts
- Sanding and preparing components to quality standards
- Operating hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Operating or assisting with CNC equipment
- Preparing cabinetry for finishing and installation stages
- Assisting with finishing preparation and surface work
- Completing assigned production work accurately and efficiently
- Checking work against instructions and catching issues before they affect the next stage
- Troubleshooting problems and communicating with the shop team
- Maintaining an organized and safe workspace
- Pitching in across production as needed
- Prior cabinetmaking, woodworking, or carpentry experience
- Comfortable working independently on assigned shop tasks
- Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and specifications accurately
- Good problem-solving skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with the production team
- Commitment to safe work habits
