Your Impact:
- Conduct in-home client assessments (medical history, medications, ADL evaluations)
- Train and mentor new caregivers at our Woodstock office
- Perform plan-of-care reviews and support field staff development
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of caregiver training compliance
- Attend team meetings (remote or in-person)
We’re Looking For:
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license
- 1+ years’ experience in geriatrics or home care (passion for seniors is a must)
- Reliable car + willingness to travel locally within Cherokee/Bartow Counties
- Self-starter who thrives with independence but communicates clearly
- Warm, professional demeanor – you’ll be the face of our clinical team
