Amedisys is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN day shifts in Woodstock, GA, to deliver compassionate home health care to patients in their homes.
You will verify plans of care with the RN, collaborate with physicians, teach patients self-care, check vitals, reconcile medications, prepare treatment supplies, and complete documentation in a timely manner. An active LPN license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
