Exterior Services Technician, DOT Operator - Commercial Landscaping

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Exterior Services Technician, DOT Operator for our commercial landscaping team in Woodstock, GA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces while operating Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and maintain DOT equipment for various landscaping projects

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• DOT certification and relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)
• Proven experience in commercial landscaping and operating DOT equipment
• Proficiency in using various landscaping tools and techniques
• Strong knowledge of local flora and landscaping practices
• Understanding of DOT regulations and guidelines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
