Back of House Manager – Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company. • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
• Experience in managing COGS and labor
• Serv Safe certified or able to complete certification
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

• Back of House Expert:

• Own Back-of-House/Kitchen Sanitation and Operations
• Hire, Train and Manage All Team Members
• Manage Inventory of Food and Beverage
• Handle Back-of-House Budget

• Attend all Staff Meetings
• Comply with County Health Standards
• Stay Up to Date on Company’s BOH Processes
• Train Team on Updated Processes and Specials
• Assist with Orientation and Onboarding New Staff
