Overview

2020 Companies is hiring Lead Generators to work inside a major warehouse retailer environment. This full‑time role is ideal for experienced sales candidates looking to advance in retail or provide cost‑efficient solutions for consumers. Your primary responsibility is to generate new leads by scheduling in‑home measurement and product consultation appointments that will be conducted by our client’s professional and licensed sales team.

• Promote our client’s flooring solutions at a warehouse retail location in the assigned store.
• Showcase interactive flooring solutions and use communication skills to engage customers.
• Schedule in‑home consultations for residential customers.
• Educate customers about flooring solutions.
• Accurately document and report activities, share best practices.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendations.
• Present information about flooring solution benefits and services compellingly.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 12+ months of previous retail selling experience in home improvement or related field, flooring sales experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays.
• Warm, self‑motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic.
• Strong consultative selling skills; ability to overcome objections.
• Independent work capability in an unstructured environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, and digital tools.
• Personal cellphone with a working number for role‑related communication.

• Base pay of $17‑$20/hr plus uncapped weekly commissions.
• Annual compensation range of $65,000‑$75,000.
