Aire Serv of Woodstock and Aire Serv of Smyrna is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team in North Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC maintenance and service.
This is a customer‑facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world‑class experience and caring about the customer’s needs.

Qualifications- 5–7 years of experience as an HVAC service/maintenance and install technician
- EPA Universal Certification required (additional HVAC certifications preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
- Proven experience using trade business management software (e.g. Service Titan)
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Process oriented. Willing and able to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Deliver world‑class service and experience for our customers
- Perform installs, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance and efficiency
- Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans
- Communicate clearly with customers their system issues and explain options
- Complete service tickets, reports, and maintain records using company‑provided technology
- Uphold safety standards and comply with EPA regulations and industry codes
- Professional appearance and personality: represent the company professionally in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
