Heidelberg USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations in the Atlanta region for on-site setup, installation and repair of Heidelberg Postpress equipment, including Polar Cutters and Stahl Folders. The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), hands-on troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure satisfaction and closure of assignments.
Minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent; 5–10 years field service experience preferred.
