Avalon Bay Communities is seeking a Multisite Senior Maintenance Technician to provide senior technical support at two or more apartment communities. You will handle hands-on repairs, ensure market-ready units, and supervise tasks in absence of the Service Manager.
You will need 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, with EPA and CPO where required. This role requires a valid license, a reliable vehicle, and flexibility to work weekends and emergencies.
