Eagle Watch Tennis Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and high-energy Under 10 (U10) Tennis Director to lead and grow our 10 & Under Development Pathway.
This is a key leadership role responsible for building the foundation of our junior development pipeline — from Red Ball to Green Ball — while creating a structured, positive, and performance-driven environment for young athletes.

The U10 Tennis Director Will:- Lead and structure all Red, Orange, and Green Ball programs
- Design and implement a progressive curriculum aligned with USTA 10 & Under standards
- Develop clear technical and athletic benchmarks for player advancement
- Train and mentor assistant coaches within the U10 pathway
- Organize in-house match play and tournament preparation
- Communicate consistently and professionally with parents
- Drive enrollment growth and retention within the U10 program
- Coordinate player transition into Yellow Ball / High Performance programs
- 5+ years of junior development experience (U10 specialization preferred)
- Strong understanding of long-term athlete development
- Experience with USTA 10U competition pathway
- USPTA or PTR certified (or working toward certification)
- Organized, energetic, and leadership-driven
- Strong communication and parent-management skills
