About Our Client:Addison Group is hiring for a Logistics company known for its strong culture, collaborative environment, and professional workplace. This role offers the opportunity to support the Human Resources team while contributing to key projects and operations within the organization.
Job Description:The HR Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to HR leadership. This individual will manage confidential employee information, assist with recruiting and onboarding, documentation & additional projects within the HR space.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Manage onboarding paperwork, employee documentation, and personnel files with confidentiality.
- Support interview scheduling, recruiting logistics, and candidate communication.
- Prepare HR reports, process invoices, and assist with data tracking and accuracy.
- Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Maintain office supplies, process mail, and ensure general office organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth processes.
- 2-5 years of experience in the logistic/supply chain industry
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High School Diploma required;
Associate’s Degree preferred.
