Senior Product Manager – Storage & Docks

• Own the full lifecycle for OWC’s products, from concept through launch and ongoing management
• Work with the SVP of Product on strategy, roadmap planning, and long-term vision across multiple product categories
• Define product requirements based on customer feedback, research, and competitive trends
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sourcing, and operations to define product features, cost targets, and timelines
• Use a gate-based development process to ensure clear checkpoints, team alignment, and timely stakeholder reviews
• Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Monitor product performance after launch and lead updates or lifecycle planning
• Present updates and recommendations to executive leadership
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the product management team

• 7 or more years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer hardware, peripherals, or related fields
• Proven track record managing products from concept to launch in a structured development process
• Strong communicator who can lead cross-functional work and write clear product requirements
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to build business cases and prioritize smartly
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities within product teams
• Passion for building tools and solutions that support a diverse range of users and professionals

The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of 100-145K USD. The amount of variable compensation will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
