We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join a dynamic and growing team in the Woodstock, MD area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of land development, commercial, and residential projects, contributing to creative and sustainable site design solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop landscape plans, planting designs, and site layouts
- Prepare construction documents and details
- Collaborate with civil engineers, planners, and project managers
- Perform site analysis, zoning review, and code compliance
- Assist with project coordination and client communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- 3–10+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or landscape design software
- Knowledge of local zoning and environmental regulations
- Licensure (PLA/RLA) or on track preferred
