• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 1 year old babies.

• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

• A genuine passion for the education and care of children and babies?
• At least 2+ years of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility and caring for infants and/or babies (required). 3-4 years of experience with babies is preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification?
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirement?
• Eligibility for one of the following credentials:
  • CDA Credential: A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition.
  • Associate's Degree: An Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
  • Technical Certificates/Diplomas: A Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree, especially in Early Childhood Education.
  • Other Credentials: In some cases, 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
