This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring engineers, building client relationships, and playing a key role in the future growth of the firm.

• Lead land development projects from concept through construction.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with municipalities.
• Oversee design, permitting, grading, stormwater, and utility layouts.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
• Assist with business development and help grow the civil department.

• 8+ years of civil land development experience.
• PE license preferred (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, grading, drainage, and site design.
• Proven project management and client-facing experience.
• Leadership mindset with a desire to grow into a senior management role.
