• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and meals
• Support the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs
• Encourage social interactions and facilitate participation in community outings
• Document daily activities and progress, ensuring clear communication with the care team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals you support
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through active support and advocacy

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in human services is a plus
• Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse populations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach towards individuals with disabilities
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain shortly after hiring
