STARTING SALARY: $27.41/hour.

HOURS:

37.5 hours per week.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position develops, implements, and evaluates informational, educational, and training programs for Department staff, health professionals, public and volunteers as well as identified target populations.

JOB FUNCTION:
Responsibilities include Develops, plans, organizes, implements and evaluates health education and training programs. Plans and organizes community programming to support Department goals. Collaborates with outside agencies, organizations, schools and businesses to develop effective public health programming. Coordinates assigned grant(s) and program activities and outreach. Develops and implements approved media campaigns. Assists with volunteer activities and management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in community health, health education or related field.
