** What this role will entail:
**** Accountabilities:
*** Process and track contract renewals
* Simple Resell (customer-initiated request) and quoting
* Work with clients to provide hardware quotes (one time or ongoing)
* Formulate annual budgets for refresh
* Educate clients on quality hardware options
* Order all equipment through distribution
* Track and facilitate deployment
* Perform account analysis of existing customers by checking purchase history and suggesting new services or promotions
** Indicators that this will be the role for you:
*** Good understanding of IT hardware, mobile devices, and other tech products
* Passionate (and patient) about problem solving and customer service.
* Diligent with note taking, following process, and documentation.
* Procurement and IT MSP background
* Excellent communicator - ability to stay on top of updating clients about their order

** Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes:
*** Salary is based on your experience, drive and the value you can bring our company; and is in the range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
* Ascension plan if applicable
* We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits – value of $4,500 to $14,000/year
* We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k – value of 5% of salary.
