ERP Systems Analyst; NetSuite

Action Packaging is seeking a ERP Systems Analyst (Net Suite) to support and enhance our growing Net Suite ERP environment. This role will serve as the primary day-to-day administrator of Net Suite while partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Technology.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the ERP Systems Analyst (Net Suite) will support ERP initiatives through system administration, user support, process automation, reporting, data management, and continuous improvement efforts. This position will play a key role in supporting acquisitions, business process improvements, and ERP optimization as the company continues to grow.

• Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for the Net Suite ERP platform
• Manage system configuration, user roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, and overall platform performance
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, reports, and operational/financial reporting to support business decision-making
• Partner with business leaders to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automation and workflow enhancements
• Design, test, and deploy Net Suite configurations, approvals, controls, integrations, and system enhancements
• Ensure data integrity through master data management, audits, data cleanup initiatives, and adherence to ERP governance standards
• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, process standardization, and business transformation projects
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and promote Net Suite best practices across the organization
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials, and conduct user onboarding and training sessions
• Evaluate new Net Suite functionality, third-party applications, and opportunities to improve scalability and operational efficiency

• 3+ years of Net Suite administration experience
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Experience creating saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience supporting users across multiple business functions

• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, packaging, wholesale, or eCommerce environments
• Proficiency with Net Suite administration, including Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, data imports, CSV uploads, and data migration projects;
  Suite Script experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hybrid Work Schedule - onsite at Woodstock, IL office three times a week
