Drivers must have navigational skills and be able to locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.

QualificationsGeneral job duties for all store team members include:
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication SkillsAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills- Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use a calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Exhibit verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing
- Show motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
Exposure to:
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
- Hot surfaces or tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Talking and hearing on the telephone
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances for short durations on surfaces such as ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum. Work surfaces range from 36 to 48 inches in height. - Paperwork:
Usually completed at an office desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries involve unloading hand trucks with cases up to 50 pounds and dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in height. - Carrying:
Small cans and occasionally heavy sauce cases totalling 30 pounds; trays of dough weighing approximately 12 pounds. - Pushing/Pulling:
Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 pounds of force to push; trays may also be pulled. - Climbing:
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
