Shift: First shift (6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)

Pay Range: $18 - $19 /hr

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Components Assembler to join our team in Woodstock, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly of electrical components, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Information

$18-$19/hr starting pay. Temp to Perm. Approx. 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. M-F (Full-Time). Woodstock, IL.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus.
• Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electronic testing equipment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
