About the Role

As a Supervisor at Vans, you will support the Leadership Team and drive an exceptional in‑store experience, coaching associates, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing profitability.

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and support the team in exceeding sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer‑centric mindset through authentic interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to meet high levels of customer engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening, closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations—organize inventory, process shipments, and maintain product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss‑prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.

• 1+ year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through a store team and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet business expectations.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.

Hourly rate: $17.50–$24.00 USD. Eligible for additional compensation awards and incentive plans. Position is part‑time or limited‑time (e.g., internship) and may not qualify for all VF benefits.
