Location: Woodstock, IL
Pay Range: $35.25 - $44.00/hr Based on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2 PM - 10 PM
Hiring Bonus: $5,000 after 90 days

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and plant equipment
- Perform advanced diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Layout and install complex wiring circuits and control panels
- Support equipment setups to maximize uptime
- High School Diploma or GED
- Accredited maintenance apprenticeship or technical training + experience
- 3-5 years industrial electrician experience
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA-70E, PLCs, drives, motors, and power distribution
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and safe equipment operation
- Advanced PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE)
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems
- Foundry or heavy industrial environment experience

The entry hourly rate for this position is $35.25 per hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each position and candidate.
