Location: Woodward, Oklahoma
Pay: $3,342/week
Shift: Day Shift – 5x8s (07:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Alternating schedule: 07:00–15:30 and 09:00–17:30
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations while also assisting with outpatient infusions and chemotherapy preparation. This role requires strong clinical judgment, IV compounding skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
First-time travelers are welcome.
Key Responsibilities- Perform inpatient pharmacist duties including medication verification, dosing, and clinical monitoring
- Prepare outpatient infusions and chemotherapy treatments
- Compound sterile and hazardous medications following safety protocols
- Monitor high-alert medications and provide therapeutic drug monitoring
- Support anticoagulation, renal dosing, pediatric dosing, and pharmacokinetic services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care
- Utilize Epic for documentation and workflow management
- Float within scope of practice as needed to support facility operations
- Minimum 2 years of recent Pharmacist experience
- Pharm
D or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy - Active Oklahoma Pharmacy License (must be in hand at submission)
- BLS Certification
