Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring night shifts, a minimum of two years' experience, and an active OK or compact RN license with specific certifications.

Job Details

• Work in a 10-bed Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting,

• Patient population includes laboring mothers and newborns,

• Night shift, working 3x12 hours from 18:45 to 7:00,

• Floating required to other units and facilities within a 75-mile radius,

• No block scheduling accommodated,

Job Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license in hand,

• At least two years of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience required,

• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate,

• Must provide a valid driver's license or state-issued  a utility bill with a matching address dated within three months of projected start,

• Permanent address must be more than 75 miles from the contracted facility,

• No pending state licenses accepted,

• No previous adverse license actions,

• Must have two supervisory references,

• Must have at least one year since previous employment at Integris if returning,

Additional Information

• Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process,

• Orientation includes required online modules completed during orientation, with hours varying by specialty,

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,

• Holiday time off is not permitted, and no more than five days of requested time off will be allowed per 13-week contract,

• Professional scrubs required,
