Overview
Licensed Behavioral Health Professional positions are available in Enid, OK and Woodward, OK. The role involves providing professional behavioral health services in an outpatient setting, including assessments and psychotherapy, to support recovery and wellness for a designated population. The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service.
Responsibilities- Provide professional behavioral health services, including assessments and psychotherapy, to clients in an outpatient office.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address clients' physical and behavioral needs.
- Perform minimal duties related to mental health crisis services when required.
- Full‑time positions – In‑Person and Remote
- Salary Range:
- Annual Salary: $68,500 – $73,500 (based on experience, tenure and certification)
- Licensure Candidate – Under Supervision: $68,500 (or $32.81 hourly)
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professional: $73,500 (or $35.34 hourly)
- 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service

Exempt
- LBHP – Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; must hold a valid state license from one of the following boards:
Psychology;
Social Work (clinical specialty);
Professional Counselor;
Marriage and Family Therapist;
Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH). - LCBHP – Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in a related field; must be actively receiving board‑approved supervision and extended supervision by a licensed clinician until licensed by one of the above boards.

- Must possess a U.S. driver’s license for job‑related travel, if necessary.
- For safety‑sensitive positions, must submit to urinary drug testing and a physical exam if required; appointment contingent on a negative test and meeting physical requirements (lifting/carrying 50 lb, pulling maximum 25 lb).
This agency requires 24‑hour coverage, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary with business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
