Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Oklahoma
Current CPR certification
Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

Schedule flexibility is needed in this role to ensure we provide care to the patient as needed
Requires the ability to participate in a weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays
