We are a highly respected, privately held exploration & production company seeking an HR Generalist to scale, engage, and support the entire local HR function. This role will work directly with the executive team, local leadership, and 800+ employees

We have openings in Hobbs, NM, and Woodward, OK. On-site and in the field.

• 5+ years O&G/energy experience
• Field Operations - pumpers, PEs, geo-tech, safety

• Travel to Hobbs, Woodward, and other Permian sites
