5:45 PM - 6:15 AM

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

In addition to a valid driver’s license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:

Adolescent, infant, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required for submission
