Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Woonsocket, RI. The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate schedules, and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. Responsibilities also include fostering positive customer relationships, organizing office documentation, and supervising administrative tasks to maintain efficiency. Supporting and liaising with staff, vendors, and management will be key aspects of this position.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, documentation, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining Office Equipment.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
